Based at across Oxford Road Community School and Wilson Primary School – Hours: 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday - To start as soon as possible.

Oxford Road Community School & Wilson Primary School are beautiful Victorian schools with a rich history. We are looking for a caretaker, to work alongside our Federation Premises Manager to take responsibility for the day to day site management across the federation, to continue to maintain the condition of the schools, ensuring a safe, clean and positive environment.

You should have:

Good practical and general DIY skills
The ability to problem solve
Ability to work with external contractors and manage holiday and term time maintenance works
Good organisational and prioritisation skills, flexible and with a willingness to work out of hours as required.
A proactive and positive person who can build good working relationships and be part of a dedicated team
