Could you be the inspirational leader our school is waiting for?

Do you believe every child deserves to feel valued, included and inspired to achieve?

Could you bring people together around a shared vision for a brighter future?

Are you ready to lead a school community where every child, every family and every member of staff truly matters?

Following our recent Ofsted outcome placing the school in special measures we are looking for an inspirational, experienced and highly skilled Headteacher to lead our school into its next exciting chapter.

As part of the school’s improvement journey, there is also a directive for the school to join a multi-academy trust (MAT). The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the school through this important transition, working collaboratively with the trust, governors, staff, pupils, families and the wider community to ensure that the school’s identity, strengths and aspirations are understood and supported.

We are looking for a leader who sees potential, not just challenge; someone who can build on existing strengths, create a culture of high expectations and inspire everyone to work together towards a shared vision. An experienced school leader who is confident in leading through change and creating positive, lasting improvements.

Our new Headteacher will be:

• An inspirational leader who can bring clarity, energy and ambition to our school.
• Passionate about creating a truly inclusive school, where every child is known, valued and encouraged to flourish. Highly skilled and effective, with the experience and determination to lead meaningful and sustainable improvement.
• An excellent communicator who listens, builds trust and develops strong relationships across the whole school community.
• Someone who can motivate and inspire others, bringing out the very best in pupils, staff and families.
• A leader who leads by example, modelling kindness, integrity, professionalism and high expectations.
• Experienced in working within a multicultural environment, with a genuine appreciation of diversity and a commitment to ensuring that every voice is heard.
• A team player who understands that the greatest achievements come when people work together.
• Able to lead and support the school community through the process of joining a multi-academy trust, building positive relationships and ensuring that the transition is carefully managed and focused on the best interests of pupils.

Could you create a school where everyone feels that they belong?

We want our school to be a place where children are excited to learn, staff are proud to work and families feel welcomed, respected and listened to.

We are seeking a Headteacher who can create this sense of belonging — someone who will be visible, approachable and compassionate, while having the courage and determination to make the decisions that will move our school forward.

This is an opportunity to make a real and lasting difference.
