We are seeking a passionate Inclusive Learning Tutor to join our Supported Learning team and provide student-centred support to young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will work alongside teachers and ILAs to promote engagement, overcome barriers to learning, and support students and families to achieve positive outcomes.
The role involves mentoring students, setting SMART targets through Personal Development Reviews, and supporting attendance, progression and wellbeing. You will deliver bespoke interventions, monitor progress, provide classroom support where needed, and work collaboratively with colleagues, families and internal and external services to ensure students, particularly those with EHCPs, receive the right support.
We are looking for a proactive, organised and resilient individual with strong communication skills, experience working with young people, and a genuine commitment to inclusive, high-quality support.
