About us and the role
We are seeking a Learning Coach to join the team at Avanti Fields School, supporting pupils to access learning, develop their confidence and achieve their full potential.
Working alongside teachers and colleagues, you will provide individual, small-group and whole-class support, adapting your approach to meet a range of needs and helping every pupil to engage positively with their learning.
You will build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and play an important role in creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued, understood and able to succeed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, values the impact of positive relationships and is keen to contribute to their educational and personal development. You will also have opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues, develop your own skills and play an active part in the wider life of the school.
In line with the Avanti ethos, you will help nurture educational excellence, character development and spiritual insight in the pupils you work with.
If you are looking for a rewarding role where you can make a positive difference to children’s learning, confidence and wider development, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that we may close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role. Therefore, if you are interested, we'd encourage you to submit your application as early as possible.
