We are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to assist during the lunch hour to maintain the health, safety and welfare of all pupils and to support the smooth operation of the lunch service.
Edgbarrow School believes in setting the highest standards in all areas of school life and we are looking for a purposeful and committed individual who wants to join and enhance our strong team. We offer a highly supportive working environment. The Lunchtime Supervisor role would also qualify in the admissions process for your child to attend Edgbarrow if you live out of catchment. This would come into operation after 2 years of service.
Edgbarrow School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. It is essential that all members of staff and volunteers share this commitment. An enhanced DBS disclosure is required for all posts.
Edgbarrow is located in the village of Crowthorne, Berkshire which is located approximately 3 miles from Wokingham and Camberley and 12 miles from Reading. It enjoys excellent links to surrounding villages, towns and cities via the M3, M4, A329M and local rail networks. It is a thriving, vibrant and high-achieving secondary school where students are polite, happy, well behaved and motivated. The last Ofsted report judged Edgbarrow School as outstanding.
If you are interested in joining Edgbarrow School and you have the skills and the qualities required for this post, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please note that all applications will be considered upon receipt, therefore an early reply is recommended. We reserve the right to close the advert early should the right candidate apply.
Employment is with Corvus Learning Trust and not Bracknell Forest Council. The trust is very popular and for most posts a large number of applications are received - it is thus not possible to notify all applicants of the outcome. Please accept that if you have not heard within three weeks of the closing date then, unfortunately, your application has been unsuccessful - in which case we offer our best wishes for the future.
