We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our secondary pastoral team as a Pastoral Advocate.
This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting young people to succeed and committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning. Working closely with students, families and colleagues, you will help promote wellbeing, attendance, engagement and positive outcomes, ensuring students receive the right support at the right time.
As a Pastoral Advocate, you will build positive, trusted relationships with students and provide practical, compassionate support that helps them thrive both academically and personally. You will work as part of a supportive team to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every student feels valued, understood and able to achieve their potential.
