Our students and staff work together to ensure everyone achieves and succeeds. We are committed to raising aspirations, nurturing talent, and equipping our young people with the knowledge, confidence and character they need for the next steps in their education.

Why Join Minehead Middle School?

Our most recent Ofsted inspection (February 2025) recognises the significant, rapid improvements happening across the school. Inspectors highlighted the positive, stable and caring culture now firmly embedded:

Students have nurturing relationships with their teachers.” “The school has established sharp routines and expectations for students’ conduct… The school is calm.” “Students actively engage and interact in class.” “Students enjoy the positive recognition and celebration of their achievements.”

This is a school where relationships matter, professional growth is encouraged, and every member of staff is part of our improvement journey.
